She was immensely helpful and patient with all my questions, and always answered them quickly. And the hoop got here so fast! Love my hoop! The shop owner was wonderful to work with. She brain stormed a few different tape patterns for me before I finally settled on the original design. It came in the expected amount of time, with updates from the shop owner along every step of the way. Unfortunately, the hoop did come with a snag on the tape but I chalked that up shipping because I can't imagine that the shop sent it out like that. Overall a great experience for my first hoop buying experience and I would definitely purchase from this shop again.

This hoop came exactly as expected. It only took less than a week for me to receive it, I love the lightness of the hoop as well as the feel of the tape. Alexa even added clear protective tape on for me since I was a first time customer. I am very pleased with this light hoop and so excited to learn new tricks with it! Thanks again Alexa! Great hoop & great help from Hooping for life:)

This was my firsttime ordering a hoop ever. It was for a friend, I had limited info, and it turned out more amazing than I could have ever imagined. Alexa was so patient with me. She went through each step from choosing size and tubing, all the way to the grip tape. If you want a goregous hoop made by an amazing artist, buy a hoop from her. I assure you this is my first of many.
